Lotus Europa was manufactured between 1966 and 1975, its design is the work of John Frayling and Colin Chapman who gave a very similar picture prototypes of the time giving this a Lotus race car look. The model presented in this catalog is the latest evolution called "Europa Special" which was awarded the Lotus Elan Twincam engine developing 126 hp.
The Lotus Elan Sprint was manufactured between 1971 and 1972, the model presented is the latest evolution of the range, equipped with the 1.6L engine Twincam developing 126 hp. It is distinguished by its two-tone paint, the color of the upper part was choi, with a low systematically white box with tape separating gold. The production does not exceed 3,000 copies.
The Lotus Elan +2 -130 S was established in 1971, it will receive a further equipment than + 2 as the 1.6 L engine Twincam big valve developing 126 hp. From October 1972, the gearbox optional 5-speed was available under the name S-2 + 130/5.
